The National Black Poet Laureates Society honors and promotes the work of Black poets who have made significant contributions to literature. We provide a safe space for Black Poet Laureates, fostering connection and support during and after their tenure. Our society offers programming and events, including "1st Sundays with Black Poet Laureates," to uplift Black poets and engage a wider audience.
